Update getBranch to look for Jenkins branch name

Within the getBranch function, in order to get accurate Jenkins branch, should look for env var GIT_BRANCH.

Version 1.3.0 has been published to NPM. The full release note can be found at commit-info/releases/tag/v1.3.0.
Tip: safely upgrade dependency @cypress/commit-info in your project using next-update
