RTS Remote TX reception and item update based on the command

The RTS addesses on the remote are different from the ones programmed for the same blind in the RFLink gateway to avoid rolling code mix-up.

RFLink is detecting the control commands from the Telis remotes. It would be nice if RFlink binding would allow linking of rollershutter items to the remotes RTS address and posting an update to the item based on the received RTS command.
