TimeFrequencyScatteringKeras1D is missing

It seems an implementation of the TimeFrequencyScattering1D class is missing from Keras frontend (jtfs-gpu/kymatio/scattering1d/frontend/keras_frontend.py) but has been implemented for the other frontends (including Tensorflow). Will this class be added to the Keras frontend as well?
