  • A user shall be able to create a new network (#13) without an account.
  • A network created anonymously shall be accessible for editing via a URL.
  • A network created anonymously shall be accessible for viewing (read only) via a URL.
  • A user shall be able to associate an anonymously-created network with his NDEX account.
