Output of dashit-reads-filter.py is not compatible with optimize_guides

when re-routing output from dashit-reads-filter.py, it does not generate a 'crispr_sites' file. It has two extra lines at the top, I deleted them to be able to run optimize guides
The lines are:
Identified all offtargets for 1317161 x 1 target spheres.
Identified all offtargets for 2124 x 1 target spheres.
