Getting only single (1) cluster in output text files

Hi dear,
I have implemented the code provided by you earlier in C# using my own data, while seeing at results, I'm able to see that there is only a single cluster created in each of the resultant folders. As I was using the data for 10 years with time step of 2, so I have five (5) folders in my resultant folder where each of the folder comprises 3 text files i.e. year.ToStrign()+cluster.txt, objcluster.txt, PZ.txt. Each of these files in each of 5 folders for 5 time steps (for 10 year data) has shown only a single cluster with clusterID = 0.
All code ran and executed successfully but still getting only a single cluster created after running the algorithm multiple times whereas it takes more than 30 mins to complete execution on my data.
What's wrong with the code instead?
