I'm not actively creating (or looking for) Scene2D skins, if that's what you're asking. All these skins should work with current LibGDX version, possibly with some minor corrections. If you know of any public LibGDX skins that are missing, you can create an issue for that and I'll add them eventually. PRs are also welcome.
