Preference - notify again when app not opened

Currently the app will notify again after checking the time table the next time, although these changes already have been reported

If "notify again" = yes:

  • Don't save data - when data is fetched the next time -> Notification

If "notify again" = no:

  • Save data - when data is fetched next time -> No Notification

The app is no longer of any use, since the actual time table is behind a login now.
