Consecutive cancellations don't get merged

This happens because all cancellations are saved in the datamodel. This leads to a timetable like this:

1 | 6a | Music | --- | M113 | --- |
1 | 6b | English | --- | H103 | --- |
2 | 6a | Music | --- | M113 | --- |

Because the elements are sorted after lesson, not class name.
