Since many users are not updating in time (e.g. when critical fixes are released), they should be notified about new updates.

With the github API the app can check for new updates:
https://api.github.com/repos/d-Rickyy-b/MGGVertretungsplan/releases

The app is no longer of any use, since the actual time table is behind a login now.
