image borders on help/catalogue pages

In MAE-gf the images have borders, blue when it is a link, otherwise grey. On other help pages the images have no border. It would be better to harmonize this.

This would take at least 16 extra pixels in the narrow table of the G. Whiting sampler. These images may be 80x80 pixels, due to lack of space, the cells are rendered with a (varying) width of sometimes only 75 pixels. An extra border would reduce the smallest to even 73 pixels. This behavior is seen with Firefox on a Mac, in other environments other things might happen. Not showing these images at their original size might affect the quality. So this is the first page to experiment with and set the standard for the rest.

I would love to keep the borders. Especially to indicatie which pictures are links.
