Implement CastleWindsor.TypeRegistrar.
Implement CastleWindsor.TypeResolver.
Unit tests for classes.
Implement CommandAppBuilder extension method for CastleWindsor.
Extension method unit tests.
Sample project for CastleWindsor integration.
Update docs: readme, release notes.
Release.

Issue postponed for the time being... waiting for Castle.Windsor to update to .NET 6.
