Add support for "Watch on LBRY" redirects

I have the "Watch on LBRY" (https://github.com/LBRYFoundation/Watch-on-LBRY#watch-on-lbry) extension installed, so that if a video is available on Odysee I will get a button on the video page that it is available there, so that I can watch the videos on a site other than YouTube. I would like to be able to have these redirects available with yt-siphon (it takes views away from YouTube and improves the viewership on Odysee).
