Optimize a Portfolio by adjusting the number of shares, to maximize return/minimize risk

The Project can currently...

Access the TD Ameritrade API to access Stock Data and Portfolio Data
Run a CAPM Analysis to see if a portfolio's expected return > a calculated required return
Output the Positions, Instruments and Historical Data as a CSV or a Pickle
