[BUG] rtpengine no available proxies

it worked on the previous version, but today i used the master and have this bug
reflags: trust-address replace-origin replace-session-connection rtcp-mux-demux ICE=remove RTP/AVP
rtpengine [rtpengine.c:3041]: send_rtpp_command(): can't send command "ping" to RTPEngine udp:127.0.0.1:7722
rtpengine [rtpengine.c:2890]: rtpp_test(): proxy did not respond to ping
rtpengine [rtpengine.c:3336]: select_rtpp_node(): rtpengine failed to select new for calllen=46 callid=XXX
rtpengine [rtpengine.c:2678]: rtpp_function_call(): no available proxies

Could not reproduce issue..
Just did a fresh install on master with these options:
./dsiprouter.sh install -all
