[BUG] Deleting an Endpoint in CarrierGroup Causes dSIPRouter to become unavailable

Describe the bug
The bug is in the CarrierGroup section of dSIP. If you try to delete an endpoint within carriergroups dSIPRouter shuts down and we receive a Nginx 502 error.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Login to dSIPRouter
  2. Click on CarrierGroups
  3. Select a carrier group
  4. Delete one of the endpoints

Expected behavior
dSIPRouter should delete the endpoint without any issue
