Calling an extension on a FreePBX pass-thru domain doesn't hit the backend FreePBX server. It hits Kamailio and calls the extension

• I'm only able to reproduce this if the FreePBX extension is longer then server.pbx_max_local_digits, which is set for 5 digits
• I asked the user to provide a capture of the issue
