Question about HC-12

Hey daar!
Maybe you can help me with a sketch for my HC-12 project! It's a bit complex but I hope that you'll understand it after reading the readme file.
I have a bit experience with domotica but not that much so I hope that you will help me!

Ah je bent ook Nederlands! Dat scheelt een hoop ;-).
Wat ik wil proberen is om een sketch te maken waarmee ik m’n Arduino uno r3 met ingebouwde esp8266 chip de opdracht te kunnen geven met m’n mobiel (zoals dit https://pastebin.com/mjW9CZpr) het relay aan te zetten die gekoppeld zit aan de tweede Arduino uno r3. En die verbinding loopt dan tussen twee HC-12 modules aangezien de range daarvan erg groot is.
De Arduino met esp8266 staat dan bij mijn modem binnen en de ander staat buiten in m’n tuin waar dus geen WiFi is en we dat probleem dus overbruggen dmv HC-12 modules.
Snap je het nog? :-)
