Allow wallet section to accept ICP addresses

In the Wallets section, ICP's set address modal only accepts Ethereum-type addresses and users cannot set ICP-type addresses.
Users can't put in ICP wallet addresses into the wallet function, as the address does not save. It only shows up as a blue save button when an eth address is used.
