The readme is empty and does not make clear how to use the action. I've seen the quick starts but they seemed to encode assumptions I don't want to make so I landed here to see what I was dealing with. Please provide at least basic documentation for your action, the configuration options, and their semantics. A conceptual overview of how you see this fitting into our workflows is the highest priority.
