Elementary AppCenter has an "App Homepage" link for your app (https://appcenter.elementary.io/com.github.dahenson.agenda/). Unfortunately, it opens your personal blog which has not really direct information about the app.
It might be good to forward it to that Github page which has more information than your blog's homepage.
