What platform is this being done on? There currently is a fatal localization bug that may be impacting the render process.

Trying it on Windows with a physical android device.

Ah in that case it is most definitely the localization bug present in the current source.

Yeah, I can for sure say that it is because of our localization switch.
If you want to try dahliaOS, you can download the latest ISO from the releases repo
