Update title of Pipeline window for accessibility purpose

Screen reader users identify the currently open application from the title of the active window.
Both Pipeline UI and command line has the same title "DAISY Pipeline".
We should differentiate the title of UI a little. Something like DAISY Pipeline app.

The window is now called "DAISY Pipeline (2023) - App"
