Steps to Reproduce

1. New Job: DTBook to EPUB 3
   with settings:
   Script name:

   DTBook file(s):

Tried to use it to convert EPUB 3 to DAISY 2.02

Environment

• Operating system: Windows 10 64-bit Pro
• DAISY Pipeline 2 version: example: 1.2.7 RC2

Hi @torchtrust , would it be possible to email me over the "Bible Reading for Amateurs.xml" file, so that I have a way of verifying that all the issues are fixed?

Most of the issues that were in the report have been addressed by daisy/pipeline-modules@efb1b61. Only the "found a reference to a resource that is not a spine item" one has not been addressed yet, because I am not sure what the issue is really, or whether it might be a bug in EPUBCheck. I will first try with a newer version of EPUBCheck.
