DAISY 2.02 validator does not support master SMIL

Expected Behavior

When validating a DAISY 2.02 book, the result seems incorrect for time in master.smil

Actual Behavior

An error is given about the time in master.smil saying it should be 0, but from the DAISY 2.02 specification it seems it should be the sum of the time in the referenced SMIL documetns.

Steps to Reproduce

Download and validate the book "A Light Man" from https://daisy.org/info-help/document-archive/sample-files/
One error is given for the file master.smil: expected duration 0 but found 5235.042
This seems to be related to line 9 of the file:

        <meta name="ncc:timeInThisSmil" content="01:27:15.042"/>

The validator does not seem to support the master SMIL.
