plugin not working ssh remote

The plugin works fine in the local environment, but does not work for ssh remote.

@ioros the plugin doesn't work for me at all..i am only interested in local development ..I dont know if you can assist me in getting mine to work. How did you set the lsp server path parameter? what OS are you running?

macOS. Lsp: Server Path: /usr/local/lib/node_modules/intelephense/lib/intelephense.js
It works for me in the local environment with these settings.
