Double Include

Currently in head.html there's a file included twice (bootstrap.html). I think it's not needed. There's also a file, theme.css, which is in the static folder but not used. Maybe that's a mistake.

Let's find out:

• What happens if we include the second file?
• Is it needed to include the second file?
• How do we change the theme?
