instructorCourse: Remove 'total unregistered' column

After Instructor adds a course, the meaning of "Total Unregistered" is quite vague and misleading. It would be good to have a key above the table specifying its meaning. 1) Exact page to implement/improve feature "Add New Course" page

May be we can add a hover over tip for the column header.

This column may not be required any more, as student are not expected to join the course before the first evaluation starts. We can remove this column.
We might have to remove this functionality from the backend too, to speed up the generation of this page.
