Feature: Ask for server details if none configured and no MPD running on localhost

That most people use a central MPD server (e.g. on NAS or HTPC, even Mac Mini) controlled by clients on laptops/tables/phones would not surprise me. Currently, Persephone assumes a MPD is running on localhost.
Feature: It would be friendlier to first time users if Persephone would not give an error but ask for server details if a) none has been configured (like for 1st time users) and b) no MPD is running on localhost.
