Refresh the deck after x minutes

If we visit the deck (the container is mounted again) and it's been x minutes since it was last loaded, update it in the background.

Requires saving the time when the deck was loaded
Show a loading spinner next to the ON DECK title
Only check the progress of shows that have changed
Skip loading posters <- Probably a good idea to refactor the load process
