invalid gem spec

On OS X 10.6.8 using Vim 7.3 -353, rvm & Ruby 1.8.7 I get:
Invalid gem spec ....invalid date format in specification: "2011-08-03 00:00:00.000000000Z"
It doesn't appear to have any ill effects & the only time I see it is when I issue a $ rails -v
Just thought you'd like to be made aware of it. This doesn't occur on my Debian boxes with the same tools.
