List folders before files (in paginated file view for a dandiset)

Looked at https://dandiarchive.org/dandiset/000026/draft/files?location= and was expecting to find sub-I60 but it was not there before list of files started. Usually all folders are listed before files, so I was surprised to find page 2 with more folders. Really bad for UX IMHO

Agreed that this is bad UX.
