this issue is from 1.0.10 about jeuclid-core

 <dependency>
            <groupId>de.rototor.jeuclid</groupId>
            <artifactId>jeuclid-core</artifactId>
            <version>3.1.12</version>
        </dependency>

Error info:

Failure to find org.apache.xmlgraphics:batik:pom:1.9 in http://maven.liweijia.com:50001/repository/public was cached in the local repository, resolution will not be reattempted until the update interval of nexus-lwj-public has elapsed or updates are forced

the version maybe not support again！
