Pdf Document Page footer text not working for accessibility

I am using framework to convert my html content to pdf document with accessibility true, after pdf document generation, document text supporting accessibility, but footer text not supporting accessibility(not reading footer text using JAWS tool), Can you please share details , if any one already fixed
