Where can I get both of libEGL.lib and libGLESv2.lib?

You can use the PowerVR SDK (http://community.imgtec.com/developers/powervr/) or Qualcomm Adreno SDK (https://developer.qualcomm.com/mobile-development/maximize-hardware/mobile-gaming-graphics-adreno/tools-and-resources).
