Current revisions aren't building on Ubuntu.

Sorry, it's my bad, a lot of the code is targeted at the Visual Studio 2008 compiler, it's a little inconsistent with the G++ compiler, I'll try and fix it up to make sure it works.

Current revision builds and runs on linux, README has been updated with it's dependencies.
