World rental

Hello,
I've got an idea to make worlds rentable, so people need to pay money (e.g. monthly) to keep their world, otherwise it gets deleted. It would be possible to make a reward system for playing in the world itself and doing things like placing blocks, crafting, etc., and paying using acquired money.
