Add data type to gadget screen

Change from:
marketId:......... submit
to:
marketId:......... data: dropdown list(price, prob, place prob, show prob)
submit
place and show prob data types are available for win markets only.
Remove price/probability choice from moduleprefs
Change button 'submit type' to 'button type'
