Hello! Thanks for this library, it helps a lot!
Is it possible to make it usable on Python-3.9? I have Debian11 that natively doesn't support Python 3.10/3.11.
It's not a problem to install these versions from source, but I'm going to distribute my bot, and other users may have problems running it.

Hi, thank you very much for the thanks. In the near future I'm going to adapt the library for > python 3.9, as well as for aiogram 2 and 3 versions
