[WINDOWS 11] Issue when I open up Neovim

Whenever I open up Neovim/Neovide, I get this error. I have done PackerSync and TSUpdate yet these issues persist. Please inform me of any fixes.

provide neovim version with nvim -v please

It seems like dashboard.nvim is no longer configured in vimscript, thats the response I got upstream.
