Add Achievements to Firebase and Update User State

Background
Currently, the achievement unlocking is a proof-of-concept type of thing. It needs to actually update Firebase, which is causing an error right now.
Requirements
- Update Firebase achievement for user
- Update user state in app, including level, score, and achievements
