[Suggestion] Add an option to only allow a player with permission to restore inventories if they're in the same world

While restoring, I'd like it to only allow them to restore inventories from the world they're in.
So if I'm in the world "survival", I cannot restore inventories from the world "creative".
This could perhaps be a permission.
