Copyright question

Hi!
With TypeScript we refactored int53 lib with enum parameter of number type instead of function name.

We have a plan to use this version lib in another project.

How can we give referance our code and license file to you or your repository? And how can we publish it on npm(same or diffirent name)?

We didn't want to do before you know and feedback.
