Feature Request: Slide progress

I found terribly useful to have some kind of feedback on the progress of the presentation, either very simple with a counter (i.e. Slide 4/30) or more fancy with a progress bar/pie chart, similar to what Okular does in presentation mode.

This feature would go together with Issue #1 and #198
