install problem again

Report (steps):
1. Creat a folder with name "eac3to" (into "C:\Program Files (x86)")
1b. I HAVE UNZIP IN SAME FOLDER @ DESKTOP!
2. extract "HdBrStreamExtractor_0.6.zip" into the "eac3to" folder
2b. extracrt n same name like zip-file: "HdBrStreamExtractor_0.6"
3. run "HdBrStreamExtractor.exe" and a error-window comms and doesn't start
application! [http://i.imagehost.org/0993/folder_error.png]
Real error:
Keeps an error: http://i.imagehost.org/0993/folder_error.png
(...must be run from folder "eac3to" lokation, but the folder names is right!)
Prducer version (hdbrstreamextractor ):
0.6.0.0
Sytem information:
Windows 7 Ulimate x64 (v6.1.7600 *updatets enable*)
Pleas help me, can you do a eaysey setup with winrar or anonter program?

Download this: http://madshi.net/eac3to.zip
Extract that to wherever you want, then put the the GUI in the same folder.

THX i search an extracter @ google and found this... ahhh okay i need the basic
