Should I seperate out the GPL packages that Mikrotik disclosed?

For the purposes of this project, I'm wondering if I should leave everything that MikroTik sent me bundled up in the gpl.zip file, or break it out into a MikroTik-GPL folder. I'd like some input from others on this, as it seemingly is a matter of preference.
