Upcdatabase.com exists, for example, and it would be good to iterate through a list of UPC providers until a match is found.

Are you able to share your previous code that integrated with it? Will refactor to iterate over a list of providers...

I don't recommend using upcdatabase.com Everyone who is using UPCs starts out with it. And ends up having to remove it. upcdatabse.com is crowd sourced and we have found it to be very unreliable. That very unreliability, in fact, was the exact reason that I ended up having to build the Digit-Eyes database for our blind users.
