Locking the first clip does not cause array to update properly in the CLIPBOARD_UPDATED
reducer.

I've locked down the 1st clip for now and am treating it as a view of your current clipboards contents. Will revisit this in the future when looking to allow users to increase the number of clips available.

I kind of like the idea of keeping the 1st clip as a representation of the last thing you actually copied rather than allowing it to be locked and modified. With addition of multiple clips this issue is kind of moot now. Its a feature, not a bug!
