Add "Report problem" button to menu

Add a "Report problem" button to the menu where users can fill in some details and hit a "Send" button - it could then just send an email to me (without interacting with an email app).
Currently, the "Send logs to developer" option is rather hidden and hard to find.

Already have that for a year or so...
