Make use of tinytex::latexmk() so missing LaTeX packages can be automatically installed

@yihui: I remember we talked about it, but I'm not sure anymore what has to be done to support tinytex in tikzDevice. I'd like to release to CRAN soon, because the package is currently orphaned.

Please go ahead and make the release. I don't think I'll have time to work on it in the near future.
